Hill Country in Autumn

The Hill Country in a Day : I decided one Saturday to go take a 500 mile drive through the Texas Hill Country and take pictures along the way. I went to Pedernales Falls State Park, Enchanted Rock State Park, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Medina, Comfort and then back to College Station. It was a perfectly clear, cool day and the trip really couldn't have been better (despite my missing a few turns). The pictures, unfortunately, tended to be rather overexposed. I should have at least had my camera on landscape mode which supposedly uses faster exposures or smaller apertures to fight this, but I didn't think about it. Oh well, I guess I learned my lesson. I was able to improve them somewhat with Photoshop, but some of the whites are just way too bright and the CCD wasn't able to capture any information about them.
