Texas Capital : Since my residence this summer is within biking distance of the Texas Capital, of course I had to take some pictures. It would have been neater to go in the evening with the sun setting, but I still got some nice shots.

Bats! : During the Spring and Summer months, about 1.5 million bats live under the Congress Ave. Bridge near downtown Austin. Just before sundown they take flight to feed on insects throughout the city. These pictures were taken on Memorial Day weekend, so it was rather crowded.
