Angel Fire : End of December ski trip to Angel Fire resort with my family. It was my first time skiing and I had a blast. I didn't get to the black diamond level, but I spent the last two days of the trip going down blues. Our return home was delayed two days because of record snowfall...the people we rented our lodging from said it was the most they'd ever seen after living there for ten years. Since we were delayed, we skied an extra (fourth) day, on which I tried out snow blades in the morning and took my camera with me. Snow blades are fun and good for picture-taking because it's easier to go slow with them and you don't need poles, but I went back to skis in the afternoon because I think I like them better overall.
